Developpement profile (appr. 18 pages)
Compared with the succinct profile, the development profile includes other specific sections:

The development profile gives many approaches and precise indications to significantly accelerate the coaching process.
Furthermore, it can be used to work on team maps and organisational strategies.
Short profile (appr. 10 pages)
The short profile is based on the development profile, with the first ten pages.
This text-based profile can be given to candidates to thank them for their cooperation or can be the basis of future individual or group coaching.
It is easy to ready and both the candidates and coaches can benefit from it. Because of this, the succinct profile is an asset when no future interaction is expected with the person receiving the profile.
Summary report (4 pages)
This four-page summary was written to address specific needs in recruitment. The way candidates think and their strengths and weaknesses are presented as a histogram or a scatter diagram. It also assesses potential talents showing fields in which candidates could rapidly perform after having received adapted training or coaching. This summary gives a good overview of the qualities candidates have, and the consultants do not have to read the texts in the profile.
