Leonardo 3.4.5 generates individual profiles of behavioural preferences in a working environment. The Profile identifies particular potentials and talents and matches them with the challenges teams and organizations are facing. Participants of a development program wishing to obtain their Leonardo 3.4.5 profile are guided to a web-based questionnaire. It takes approximately 20 minutes to answer the set of 80 questions.
The consolidation of team member's profile shows the particular talents available to the organization.

The questionnaire is analysed online in order to generate the profile reports. There are three types of profile reports:
- a summary report
- or a short profile
- or a development profile
The summary report (4 pages) consists of a clear graphical representation of the profile and is understood in a minute by experienced Leonardo 3.4.5 consultants. They use this summary report as the basis for their feedback and further consulting processes.
The short profile (appr. 10 pages) briefly outlines the main elements of the Leonardo 3.4.5 profile. This report allows a better understanding of behavioural preferences, relationship dynamics and the importance of complementarity between team members.
The development profile (appr. 18 pages) provides a detailed analysis of the profile findings and is featured with questions facilitating reflection about opportunities for personal development in a professional & organizational context.
