HISTORY OF LEONARDO 3.4.5
Leonardo 3.4.5 was developed at esig+, a technical university specialising for the graphic and packaging industries, an industry in which the paradigms change quickly and thoroughly under the impact of new technologies requiring fundamental changes in management and strategies.
For the development team the challenge was to create tools and methods for the facilitation of the necessary changes in management methodology without getting trapped in the last and fast changing \”management fashions\”. The resulting robust framework of life sciences as guideline for empiric observation gives Leonardo 3.4.5 substantial advantages:
LEONARDO DA VINCI, THE LAST UNIVERSAL GENIUS
Leonardo da Vinci was known to be the last universal genius. He was educated in all scientific disciplines and combined various talents such as intuition, creativity, analytic thinking as well as the capability to build stakeholder momentum for his ideas.
Nowadays, the knowledge and complexity within all fields like engineering, production, management, etc., continue to grow. Facing the resulting challenges with cutting edge innovative ideas has become a matter of many rather than few. Hence, an increasing number of organizations seek to tap collective intelligence to do so. Leonardo 3.4.5 concentrates on employee\’s talents and motivation as the key to improvement of organizational performance.
Initiators and Partners of Leonardo 3.4.5.
