Terms and conditions of sale

1. Scope

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed in the online shop of the website leonardo345.com, operated by One Technologies Sàrl, Place St-François 2, 1003 Lausanne, Switzerland (UID CHE-107.628.424), hereinafter “we”.

By placing an order, you accept the GTC in force at the time of the order.

2. Products

The shop offers:

• Leonardo3.4.5 profiles: online questionnaire and report in PDF format;
• Talent Fit analyses, available on talentfit.leonardo345.com and based on a Leonardo3.4.5 profile;
• books;
• places on Leonardo3.4.5 accreditation courses.

The features of each product are described on its page. A Leonardo3.4.5 profile describes behavioural preferences: it is an indicative tool to support reflection and dialogue, and replaces neither a professional’s opinion nor a human decision.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF), excluding value added tax (VAT). For purchases from Switzerland, Swiss VAT is added when you order: 8.1% (standard rate), or 2.6% (reduced rate) for books. It appears in the summary before payment. No Swiss VAT is charged on sales outside Switzerland.

Books are delivered in Switzerland, for a flat shipping fee of CHF 10.– per order. The prices that apply are those shown at the time of the order. Promotions are valid for their stated duration.

4. Order

The order is concluded when you confirm it and the payment is accepted. You then receive a confirmation by email. We recommend that you keep this confirmation.

5. Payment

Payment is made online, at the time of the order, via PayPal (PayPal account or card). We never have access to your card details.

For training courses, registration with payment by invoice is still possible using the registration form.

6. Delivery and performance

• Leonardo3.4.5 profile: after payment, you receive the link to the questionnaire by email. Your report is sent to you in PDF format as soon as the questionnaire is completed.
• Talent Fit: analyses are carried out on talentfit.leonardo345.com and require a Leonardo3.4.5 profile.
• Books: sent by post within Switzerland, to the address given when ordering.
• Training: you receive confirmation of your registration and practical information before the session.

7. Cancellation and refund

Swiss law does not provide for a general right of withdrawal for online purchases.

• Profiles and Talent Fit analyses: these digital products are supplied upon payment. They are neither exchanged nor refunded once the questionnaire link or access to the analysis has been sent.
• Books: a damaged or non-compliant book will be replaced. Please let us know promptly after receipt, at info@leonardo345.com.
• Training: accreditation courses are the responsibility of Leonardo3.4.5 distributors, each in their own region. In Switzerland, they are organised by Intercom formation et communication SA, Rue des Pâquis 11, 1201 Geneva. Any activity started is due in full; a refund is only possible on presentation of a medical certificate preventing attendance. The practical and financial terms also apply.

8. Liability

We take the greatest care with our products and services. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of a profile or an analysis.

9. Intellectual property

The Leonardo3.4.5 method, questionnaires, reports and analyses are protected. They are intended for your personal use or the internal use of your organisation, and may not be reproduced or resold without our written permission.

10. Data protection

We process your data in accordance with our privacy policy.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Lausanne, subject to mandatory places of jurisdiction provided by law, in particular in favour of consumers.
